north of the Stanford Shopping Center, the Guild Theatre is nestled right next
to Downtown Menlo Park, two blocks south of Santa Cruz Ave on El Camino Real.
The Guild features the finest in independent film and foreign language cinema.
Originally built as a burlesque house and converted to exhibit movies in the
1940s, it is one of the oldest standing theatres on the S.F. Peninsula, featuring
two giant golden wings on either side of its gloriously large screen.
The Guild Theatre is proud to present monthly midnight screenings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on the first Saturday of every month with preshow entertainment and live shadow casting by The Bawdy Caste.
